A planning application has been received by Warwick District Council from Interlock Surveys the current owners of St Andrews House, for the demolition of St Andrews House and the erection of 2 new four-bedroomed houses on the site at the corner of Hallfields.

A Regulation 18 consultation on the Net Zero Carbon Development Plan Document (DPD) commenced on 26th July 2021 and will run for 7 weeks until 13th September 2021.

Voting has now closed for the current WRE Community Forum policing priorities (local neighbourhood priorities for the WRE area). 251 votes were cast. The top four priorities voted for by residents on the Warwick Rural East area have been adopted as local neighbourhood priorities.

Parish Council response to the planning application for 5 new houses on Southam Road

Warwickshire County Council is inviting local organisations to help shape the future development of walking and cycling.

Warwick District Council has ‘made’ the Radford Semele Neighbourhood Development Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, 2004 on 12 May 2021.

Stratford on Avon and Warwick District Councils are working together to produce a new South Warwickshire Local Plan to cover our combined geographic area.
