NOTICE OF VACANCY FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
- A casual vacancy has occurred in the office of Councillor for the above named Radford Semele Parish Council, caused by the death of Councillor Anthony Malin.
- An election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days after the date of this notice, a request for such an election is made in writing to the Returning Officer, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Royal Leamington Spa CV32 5HZ by ten local government electors for the said Parish Council.
- If an election is not requested, the Radford Semele Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
