Radford Semele Parish Council (the Qualifying Body) has formally submitted the Radford Semele Neighbourhood Plan (RSNP) to Warwick District Council as the Local Planning Authority. The RSNP is now subject to a period of public consultation in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations. The consultation period has been substantially extended in light of ongoing disruption brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic, and will run for a period of 12 weeks between 26 May 2020 and 18 August 2020.

Responses on the Radford Semele Neighbourhood Development Plan must be received by 17:15 on Tuesday 18 August 2020 . Comments can be submitted in the following ways:
Within any representation, you may include a request to be notified of the local planning authority’s decision under regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations in relation to the neighbourhood development plan.
Please note that representations must be sent electronically during the current lockdown as officers are working from home.
Copies of all representations received will subsequently be forwarded to an independent examiner, who will review the submitted Radford Semele Neighbourhood Development Plan.
Regulation 14 consultation
Radford Semele Parish Council carried out a public consultation on the draft Radford Semele Neighbourhood Plan, in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations. The consultation ran between 24 June 2019 and 05 August 2019.
A Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Opinion was prepared in respect of the draft Radford Semele Neighbourhood Plan (preferred options draft). This is available below, along with the responses from the statutory bodies. It is concluded that no SEA is required.
The Radford Semele Neighbourhood Plan Area was designated on 29 December 2016. Radford Semele Parish Council was the relevant body that applied for the designation.
