TO ALL GENTLEMEN OF THE  VILLAGE

40 OR OVER? – HAVE YOU HAD A PSA TEST?…. READ ON.

Prostate cancer now kills more people than breast cancer, new UK figures have revealed.

Men are often reluctant to discuss issues relating to things that are not quite right, “down there”. A PSA, (prostate specific antigen), test is a simple blood test used to help detect prostate cancer in its early stages. PSA  blood testing is not an infallible test but it’s the best we have got at the moment and it could save your life.

The Graham Fulford Trust with the full support of the Parish Council will be running a further testing session on 18th May, in the Community Hall, from 10.30am until 1.30pm. No appointment necessary, just turn up.
